I went to the hospital today to see the Oncologist. I had my treatment outlined and was told about support services etc, a little more upbeat today than yesterday.
I also may have to take legal action against ***(my agents) and my payroll company **** in Zurich as they are trying to not pay me the correct sick pay. I will have to get a lawyer and take action as what they are trying to pay me is less than 20% of my actual salary. All i need at a time like this. I think they are counting on me not fighting it, but i will fight until i get a just and right outcome, they think i do not know Swiss law, well a swiss lawyer would, let the next fight begin!!!
Waiting now for rersults from blood tests etc and then an appointment for radio mappings. Its just some points painted on mt to know where the laser need to poin to. Also told that i would be sterile after the radiology and highly likely that i will be impotent after as well. It just gets worse really. Just have to accept things and get on with it. Sometimes i think whats the point! I sat and cried a little when i was speaking to the nurse yesterday, just could not help it, just broke down. Oh well more to come ....
ReplyDeleteKeep on fighting! I cannot imagine what all this means, but one thing I know is that one should never give up. There is always something good out there, waiting. And there is definitely no shame if you feel desperate or devastated right now. Who woudln't? But as Khash wrote already, you have to keep your spirits high.
ReplyDeleteI have been advised by my Payroll company that my above comment needs amending or I will be in breach of contract and they will terminate my contract today under Swiss disloyalty laws. I believed the above post to be correct at the time of posting as my payroll company have admitted and apologised for making incorrect calculations of my initial sick pay. This lead me to believe that something was afoot as the calculations changed 3 times, however my agent and payroll company have now corrected their calculations and are fully compliant with Swiss law and have fully given me all terms and conditions and i am now fully aware of what is happeneing
